Shipping & Delivery

Every order placed is a commission for me to start creating your piece of jewellery to order, so this can take up to 2 weeks before it is ready to be sent - especially at busy times.

It is often much quicker than this though, and I always do my best to get pieces made and sent as soon as possible.

If you you do need a piece at shorter notice than usual I would love to help you wherever I can so please do get in touch to see if I can create it within your timescale - more often than not I can work some magic for you!

When your jewellery or accessories are ready, you will be sent an e-mail so you can watch our for it in the post!

Late or Lost Deliveries

If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order please contact me and I will do my best to help you trace it. 

For orders over £75 I use Royal Mail Special Delivery and will provide you with the tracking number when I ship your order so that you can check its progress. 

If your parcel is delayed or lost I will do my best to help, but can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days which is when Royal Mail will confirm that the parcel is lost. Unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for late or lost deliveries once the parcel is in the care of Royal Mail.
